I have been making art and drawing since childhood, when I could first hold a pencil. My formal art education grew in Tucson Arizona at Pima Community College and then later in Los Angeles California at Los Angeles City College. I then traveled accross Europe for a year and became heavily influenced by the street art, galleries, museums, tattoo shops and tattooers that are scattered throughout England, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France and The Netherlands. My apprenticeship started in 2008 under R.S. Makai at Black Rose Tattooers in Tucson Arizona. I was with Black Rose as a tattooer for 3 years, and then continued my tattoo education working under Tracy Ledbetter at Southbound Studios in Tucson.  My favorite subjects are flora and fauna of all kinds, nature, ancient design, geometry, symbolic imagery, and anything inspired by animation or comics. I love drawing ideas and designing from scratch. With tattoos I take a very non-pretentious approach to dealing with my clients, because I understand the importance of feeling comfortable and confident with your tattooer.
